Kevin Smith came on the Howard Stern BB yesterday and posted this congratulations to Howard on his new deal with Sirius

Good for you, sir. I'll finally be able to hear you utter potty-mouthed favorites like "whore-hole" and "cum buns" instead of those "Newlywed Game" euphemisms you've had to employ all these years. I, for one, look forward to listening to the show at a reasonable time, instead of this wee-small hours bullshit. If you're a just man, you'll give Robin at least half of that hundred million; she's the floatation device(s) without whom the show would sink.
And, if I may be so bold, a belated welcome to cyber-space. I've been doing the web-board thing since '95. Hit-count-wise, I thought I was pretty successful at it, too... 'til you opened this sight. Now, Kenneth Keith Kallenbach's web site laughs at mine.

Just so we're clear: people who post here can hurl racial slurs and all manner of invective... but you can't even [I]jokingly[/I] refer to other radio personalities? And I thought [I]I[/I] was thin-skinned (y'know - [I]under[/I] all the fat).
Administrator/Moderator, I'm pretty sure Howard wouldn't have been bothered by the reference. Admittedly, it wasn't a great joke, but it was a joke nonetheless - on the web board of a guy who's championed comedy for over two decades now. You're making him come off as prissy when you presuppose he can't handle gentle ribbing. And having known Howard (albeit not intimately) for the better part of the last ten years, the man's anything [I]but[/I] prissy.
If Gary'd mentioned there'd be post-censoring when he invited me to hit the board, I would've brought along my own White-Out. Congrats on your Sat-Radio Deal, oh King of All Media

Just a quick update: The censoring quickly became a non-issue for him and Kevin Smith fielded questions from the fans for hours. He seemed really cool. There is even a chance I might be in his next movie. Hey Now!! He thanked everyone for the nice welcome and signed off just after 6. Despite all the crys of censorship and what not there you can't beat hangin out at the Howard Stern BB...Like today, you just never know who might pop in next.
