Page 71: Billy West got hair plugs from a garbage man?

That's what we have been told by a very reliable source. According to our source,in 1996 Billy got some work done by then Howard Stern advertiser, "Men's Hair Now", a hair transplant company who also did transplants for Chaunce Hayden and Steve Grillo. A few years later the cover of the NY Daily News read something like this:

"Scandal! Hair transplant office uses garbage men to perform surgery!"

In other Billy news, Billy recently re-opened his message board forum... but be forewarned. If you think the mods at Howard's old bulletin board were bad or you are as disgusted as I am with the out of control moderation at sternfannetwork, you ain't seen nothing. Any post that Billy and the mods don't like are quickly deleted from the board which raises the question:
