Why I was banned from Sternfannetwork...
Here are just a few comments from the hundreds and hundreds of Stern fans and Sirius subscribers banned from the SFN cesspool:

Hi all, i'm ozzyfan269. I just signed up for your fine message board! It looks like I'm in the right place finally. I was banned from SFN yesterday after 2 weeks of membership and 22 whole posts when I invited GAY BOY BOOTS to just go ahead and ban me, which he promptly did. Let me explain: I had been lurking on the SFN board for several weeks and was observing how the Moderators treat the SFN members. What I found out is that they are the biggest ass kissing bunch of Nazis I have ever run across. Why would anyone want to be a part of a board that didnt allow you to voice honest opinions? Finally, I had had seen enough and told Gay Boy Boots to F off. I guess I'm not the only one who won't put up with their crap!

Nobody there banned me. I banned myself. To survive there, you need to do three things...
1. Kiss Mutt and Boots' ass.
2. Don't be too critical of Howard.
3. Pretend you like the SFRT.
I found myself doing all three, like a good little sheep, and decided that enough was enough. Besides, the roll-eyes and dog pics made me feel like I was in fifth grade. Many intelligent thoughts died long before their time because of it. Shit, I just wanna talk about Howard. It's too hard to do that there.

Well... isnt this interesting. My account over at SFN has apparently been killed. I go to there this morning and I get a dead account. I have not posted there in quite sometime. I only lurk and occasionally download dirties and other files from there.

When you have someone like Joey Boots as a moderator, you can't expect much. He recentely posted some that starts like this "I am a celebrity..." So, he thinks too much of himself. I understand that attacking someone personally, would be ground for at least T.O. at first. But, what do i know. I haven't had any problems there. But i kinda liked this site and will give it a try.

The first time I was banned I was tossed out simply for responding to a topic about Chauncy's article in which he criticized Stern for not going to Gary's father's wake. All I said was that I had agreed with Chauncy. This was before I found out the rest of the story in which Beth had to be rushed to the hospital, etc. I was shocked at their treatment. I went back and registered with another name and email address and began posting innocent sounding notes for a while until I got bored to death over the lack of intelligent messages and/or content. So one day I merely went in and said their message boards bored the living hell out of me and that they should all get a real life. I was thrown out almost immediately and have never tried to go back in.

I was banned 'cause I called Butts a pussy, yet, if he talks shit to me or anyone it's justified (i know who he is to Howard, so what) but when it is back to him he just goes straight to banning people like he's the fuckin' man or something....he's the man in his own lil' world but outside he's a bitch...

I don't know about qualifiying for the record speed of being banned over there but in my own situation the 2nd time I was banned I had been following their stupid rules of posting each day. I hit about the 14th or 15th day when I got tired of it. Besides, as I said before they are SSSSOOOOO BORING over there - everyone trying to 'out Stern' each other with gross, inane crap.
Anyway I just let it all hang out in a post in which I blasted all of them for being so boring, etc. I think it was less than 60 seconds - I tried to post again but was banned.. Yea!!!
A day or two later I was listening to the show when Stern made a comment about this site. I came over and found the coolest group of people I ever met.

The males were just a bunch of internet nerds who bashed women because of their good looks.... Just couldn't take it anymore and I had to leave....Good thing I found the Shrine...

Doc, at least you were told what you did wrong (which was a stupid reason, but what the hell, that's what Mutt does) when you were "banished" on SFN. I was never told anything. But I KNEW what it was ... the minute I mentioned, and all I did was "mention", The Howard Shrine website, BAM, I'm bounced to that nowhereland at SFN. Pretty damn interesting, no? Forget SFN ... The Howard Shrine rules and it is my new site for talking to other Stern fans. It's actually a better site, from what I can tell so far as a newbie. Technically it is definitely superior. Love the spell check and preview your message features.

I got banned by that fat fuck mutt. He's no John Hein with his website either. All I did was complain (in mutts thread)that Howard didn't repeat the 9-11 show in the afternoon (reasonable complaint from someone who doesn't get to listen in the morning right?) and that I was pissed about it and I got banned. Funny thing was I just went to a different computer and got a new sn. But now when I go there so many ppl bash the show worse than I did. It's hardly even worth it to go on there cuz so many idiots complain about any little thing on the show and I pretty much disagree with most of them. The best part was the day after I got banned the story broke of Sal sniffing Mutt's daughter's panties. I was then one of the people who applauded Sal for that. Sweet justice.
