My interview with Doug Goodstein

As a Howardshrine blog reader, you know that we have been helping to promote the Howard TV one penny offer coming this weekend, Nov 3rd to Nov 5th. For helping to get the word out we were rewarded with an Exclusive interview with the Executive Producer of Howard TV, the loveable Doug Goodstein. Here is that interview. Thank you so much Doug for answering the questions that have been on the minds of True Fans of Stern everywhere. I am forever a True Fan of Doug Goodstein.


Doc: Hi Doug. Thank you for granting me this interview. I understand Doc, from howardshrine.com sent you his 288 page tribute to Howard Stern and his show entitled, Howardshrine: One Fan's tribute to a Great Man, a Great Show. How did you like it? I understand Howard Stern has it on his coffee table at his office at Sirius. He must like it. What has Howard Stern told you about his thoughts on the Howard Shrine and Doc, the greatest howard stern fan of all time?
Doug: I got the book and I thought it was pretty interesting. I did not sit down and read it cover to cover, just skimmed through it and enjoyed all the pictures.

Doc: Why didn't you send Doc from howardshrine.com a thank you card, or let him know how you liked his book? I understand that you even contributed to the book.
Doug: I thought I had sent him an e-mail back saying I got the book. Sorry if you are a sensitive one Doc!

Doc: What do you think of the board war between the cesspool, sternfannetwork.com and howardshrine.net?
Doug: I really don’t know anything about it and honestly don’t really care. I do enjoy SFN for the record and occasionally check out howardshrine.com but I am neutral.

Doc: Are you familiar with the practice sternfannetwork has of sending people gay pornography in a looping file that is identified as a virus on most anti-virus programs? Although some say it is harmless, it has been reported to have crashed computer networks? Do you feel that that kind of activity reflects positively on Howard Stern and Sirius Radio? How do you feel about sternfannetwork sending people spam without the proper option of being removed from the mailing list?
Doug:Again, I really don’t have any thoughts about it.

Doc: Are you aware that people are banned from sternfannetwork simply for speaking their minds but are quickly reinstated after donating money?
Doug: Man you have a beef with SFN. I don’t know enough to comment on this stuff but good luck with your battle with SFN.

Doc: The actual physical Howard shrine is being moved within the next month and a half. Are there any plans for Howard TV to capture the Howardshrine for the True Fans of Stern to see on Howard TV. If not, why not?
Doug: I would consider it. I know how to get in touch with Doc and I will put it on our short list for a possible special to shoot as long as its seems worthy and interesting. There may be restriction with the amount of published material and copyrighted images.

Doc: What do you think of Doc's challenge to box Mutt the Pig with the winner winning the other guy's website?
Doug: Good luck with your fight! Mutt seems like a tough little husky dude. Not sure how tough you are Doc but good luck if it ever happens.

Doc: How big is your penis?
Doug: No problems and never had a complaint. You are a bit strange for asking.

Doc: How would you describe Benjy's odor?
Doug: Smells like chicken teriyaki. Thank you.
