Chaunce Hayden death threat accuser speaks out on sternfannetwork

maloof: If anyone remembers that sponsor of Parking Ticket.com, I made an "innocent" threat to them regarding my refund. I had the cops calling me and everything. This stuff is for real, eventhough Human toilet is an idiot.

Daethian: Very real. The police in Bergen County are treating the threats as serious and investigating them as such. Making threats on the internet has serious ramifications. I STRONGLY recommend no one makes any sort of threat online. Whether you are just fucking around or not. It will be taken seriously and handled accordingly.

Mutt: I pulled the threat in question. it wasn't even a real threat IMHO. it was more like,it went something like thisit's time for xxxxxxx to xxx. someone find that piece of shit and put a xxxxxx in his head. there's no way he felt threatened by it. the person might as well said, I hope he dies of aids or get ass cancer. It's legal to say that but even idol talk about killing someone is against the law.

Daethian: He's definitely doing it for attention and in no way believes I meant it seriously. But its a big deal with the police so I will be keeping my evil thoughts to myself. And I apologize Mutt... profusely for starting this bullshit.

Tom from T.O.: It was a joke, Hayden has been joking with fans for years at this and other Stern sites, he is fully aware that your thread was ball busting and internet bragadocio, you didn't mean it and Hayden, participating for years in internet flame war threads, many of which he himself started, is fully aware that it was a joke.

Daethian: Hey I believe that too. And I say shit like that every single day of my life. People piss me off by driving like assholes on the interstate and I wish they would wreck their cars. I don't go and hit them and make them wreck their cars. I have at random times threatened to kill friends and family members... in jest of course. I often threaten to kick my supervisor in the sack...never have I done it or intend to. But its fun to say and think about.

Tom from T.O. : Howard100 news is covering this stuff. Can you imagine the bad publicity Bergen police will get if they waste any public money over an internet joke? The cops and prosecutors have prosecutorial discretion, they would have to look at this website which is only ever shtick 24/7, look at Hayden who has a public axe to grind against Howard Stern and this website and realize that this is total bullshit, it is someone using the police to get his revenge on this website. Police have bigger fish to fry than some hijinx thread on a ball busting website.

Daethian: ON Friday's show during the roast it was suggested that Ralph be killed at least three times. Today Howard told Chad Johnson "I know where you live" We are desensitized to death. I blame video games. There's my defense case...brilliant! Someone better call Dominic for me.

Mutt: Daethian, I'm sorry I had to give you up but after talking to the detective, I honestly felt that making it easier for him, was in your best interest. I think he was more aggravated over this that I was. Let us know what happens. I told the detective that I'd be willing to testify in your defense if it comes to that. I'm hoping you'll just get a warning. if not, thats just plain fucked up. good luck

Daethian: Don't worry about it Mutt, you gotta do what you gotta do. No reason to get yourself in some shit over something I posted. I appreaciate you offering to back me up. That does mean alot. I'll keep you posted. The detective was decent to me and was very fair. Joke or not, its my fuck up. I just don't want to lose my job and find my ass in jail ya know? I've never had so much as a speeding ticket. So I'm more than a little stressed that some ball busting online has gone so terribly wrong. Not to mention mortally embarrassed that my family and friends will have to be told about this like I'm some sort of terrorist.

"The Fanatic" by IAMSTERNFAN

It's been a great week for drama in the online Stern world. Howard Stern himself has already put down SFN and like most of us, now realizes what kind of "fans" post there. Not only is it great to finally hear the man himself speak the truth about SFN, but to actually hear Artie and Robin put it down as well is priceless. I'd just like to thank DaleInSales from HPE.net for sharing the clip that I heard all of this from...

George Takei had many great things to say about his time with the show in its first week on Sirius. Not only did he compliment Howard's brand of humor, he also seemed fine with the fact that he had been mocked many times by the show and didn't seem to have any ill will towards anyone associated with the show. I don't think I'm alone in saying that he'd make a great regular or semi regular announcer for the show and I'm hoping that he at least considers coming back as I'm sure they'd love him to come back as much as the fans do.

George's blog

Just to get this out of the way, I'd like to give my prediction for
Super Bowl XL...

Now, maybe I'm a bit biased being an East Coast guy and all but I think the Steelers are going to win. Why? I can't help but pick a team like Pittsburgh who beat the Colts who were favored to win it all entering the Playoffs and Denver who actually took out my pick before the playoffs started, that team being the Patriots. Not only that, but the fact that my favorite team, the Giants, are out of it makes me lean more towards a team like Pittsburgh that's at least closer to where I live. I mean come on, I've got to have a reason to watch the game don't I?

Oh well, I don't have the Giants in the Super Bowl or the Knicks over .500
but there's always baseball season. Lets Go Yankees!

Due to a lack of news to report this week I had to make this week's column a very short one. I'll have plenty more to say next week though...

An interview with Suzanne Muldowney, "Underdog"

Doc: What has been the worst experience?
Suzanne: The worst is having been a guest, victim rather, of the vulgar and corrupt Howard Stern. He and his staff lured me into being on TV as Underdog, but they gave me no information about the program – which I had never seen or heard of – and rushed me into appearing, without granting me time or chance to do my homework. I didn't know Howard Stern was profane, vulgar and sexually explicit. Being made to interact with him was thus a sin of associating with bad company.

Doc: Tell us more about your experience with the Howard Stern show, did they
really hold you captive?

Suzanne: Like I said, I was lured, rushed and vulgarized. Howard Stern created the impression that Underdog was his invention, therefore R to X rated. Howard provoked me into battles of wits, interrupted me or sidetracked me in mid-statement, and made me share a game panel position with the worst exponents of human vices (Editor's note: The Howard Stern Show on Channel 9 called Howieweird Squares that featured Daniel Carver, homeless, lesbians…) I was taken for granted as a lewd person and performer, and was reprimanded, not praised, for having been in his presence. Howard Stern ruined both Underdog's and my names. I was indeed held captive since I was made to sign releases before any taping and was not allowed to leave when I discovered that the man and the program were crude. When I was nominated for an award, I refused to come but was told that any nominees must attend. When I saw that the award figurine was pornographic, I tried to escape but was forced to return.
(Editor's note: The award in question was a “Sphinctee”, an Oscar parody of a figure bent at its waist with a $20 bill stuck in its rear end.)

Doc: Is there anyone on the Stern staff you just don't like?
Suzanne: I really don't like any Howard Stern staff. They all proved themselves corrupt, even devious. They didn't tell me the truth about Howard's nature or program. Robin Quivers wore her dresses too low-cut, Stuttering John fostered the notion that Underdog abused drugs, for example pep pills. Kevin McMahon said I had to attend the awards episode, and Gary Dell'Abate and someone named Steve refused to pass news of my suffering and ridicule on to Howard Stern unless I went on the air.

Shrine 100 News: Weekend Update

Howard Shrine: The Book

Just a quick book update: I had my book "professionally" proofread (My smart neighbor took a look at it) and he found over 1,000 errors. Oh My!!! Apparently, I don't know, how to use, commas. I am in the process of correcting all the errors and making an affordable black and white version for people interested in adding one to their Stern library. 100 pages done, and 188 to go so hang tight everyone. It will probably be a few more months before I can fill your orders. Now I know how KC Armstrong feels.

HOWARD 100 NEWS

I was contacted by another person from Howard 100 News, this time one of the on-air personalities, Steve Langford. I gave him some stories that he wasn't aware of, we exchanged phone numbers, and now we are butt buddies. If you have a Stern related story that you think Shrine 100 News would like and/or one that Howard 100 News should look into for their broadcast, please email me at howardshrine@aol.com or catch me on AIM: Howardshrine.

Howard television

Shrine 100 News also has direct contact with people at Howard Stern's InDemand, OnDemand show. If you have any questions or suggestions for them, please also contact me and I will pass it along. I had a question myself recently and asked why some markets have some shows, and some markets do not. Here was their reply:

Hi. I forwarded your question on to someone in marketing.

I think the challenge is that it is up to the local cable operator which programs they want to run, regardless of what in demand makes available. All the shows that Howard has mentioned are available for the cable operators whenever they want to put them up. Maybe you should email or call your (or your friend's) cable operator?

I'll let you know when I hear back from marketing.

Hope all is well!

My column

I wasn't going to do any more interviews while I was finishing the book but an opportunity came up that I couldn't pass up. Coming soon on deansplanet.com, an exclusive interview with the one and only Underdog Lady and wow, does she have some things to say about Howard Stern. Stay tuned.

More to come.......

Chaunce Hayden threatens sternfannetwork

here are the emails from Chaunce to Mutt and Mutt's response from sfn:
-------
Chaunce's first email:
As you know the shit is about to hit the fan (and it's well over due). I don't care if allow people to comment on me. But I won't allow you to spread lies about me or post death threats toward me. So here's my one time offer. Remove the lies today. As in, the scat loving lies (that came from a hacker who took my aol name), the lies that I steal interviews (those stories a syndicated and we pay for them) and the lies about the Page Six/Billy West story. Richard Johnson made the error. Not me and he has since apologized to me over it. If you agree to this, I'll call off the dogs on you personally. I won't file a civil suit against you and I won't go forward with having the site shut down. I have nothing against you, but you just can't post lies about people day after day without it coming back to bite you sooner or later... If you want to reach me, my email is chaunce100@aol.com Take care, Chaunce

-----
Mutt's response: first, all requests to have material removed from SFN, need to beaccompanied by the URL of the post and a legitimate reason for why you'd like it removed.

What lies or death threats have I posted about you? I have made no such threats. I do not appreciate you accusing me of such a thing. I do not wish death upon. that just stupid. I don't even know you. I don't believe there is one thing I've posted on SFN that you could possibly take offense to.

As for me knowing that the shit is about to hit the fan and your
threats of having my site shut down, that's news to me. I don't know of anything we've done wrong. this is your first email to me.

In this email you are requesting that I take down the Scat loving lies and that a hacker took over your aol account to post those lies. I don't understand, in this email you've told me to email you at that same email, chaunce100@aol.com. If it's been taken over by hackers, why would you want me to send email there? I will try to find these threads and see if there is anything that needs to come down, but to be honest I do not no of anything illegal posted at SFN. If you simply would like something deleted, you should of asked nicely instead emailing threats to have my site shut down.

I do not know of any lies about you stealing interviews. once again please give me the url to the post. If someone said you stole an interview, by all means prove them wrong.

I also do not know anything about the "Page Six/Billy West story". please give me the url and I will see if there is anything which needs to be removed.

Mutt
------
Chaunce emails again:
Assuming you are the person responsible for the management and daily operation for www.sternfannetwork.com be advised.... All threads that slander/threaten/cause harm under your management/ownership are your responsibility. It is not my responsibility to "catch you". All such threads have already been sent to the Bergen County, NJ Computer Crime Unit (as you probably already know). Again, I advise you to remove the threads that I previously mentioned in my last email or know that you will be sued in civil court. You may also face criminal charges as well. If you have any trouble finding such mentioned threads I would suggest you do a "search". Type the following words: "Human toilet" and "Billy West, Chaunce" and "Shamela". The ball is in your court and I think it was nice of me to give you a chance to correct this situation before going forward. Hopefully, you'll do the responsible thing and save yourself much grief.

Yours truly,
Chaunce Hayden

"The Fanatic" by IAMSTERNFAN

Sean's stroke, Boots getting dissed by the king of all media himself live on the air,HPE returning to his own board and much much more in this weeks Fanatic...

What more can I say? It's been too long since the last time I wrote one of these things, but I have finally returned to enlighten you all on the happening of the show and show related tidbits. One thing I know you all know by now is how serious Sean Rooney's stroke was. In case you didn't know, Sean is beetlejuice's manager and a regular on the Howard Stern Show. He's been given a 50 percent chance of recovery but a 0 percent chance should he have another stroke. So, as a fan of the show and a human being I am asking you all to send your prayers and a few dollars Sean's way to help pay the medical bills that are piling up for his family. You can find the links and more information right here on Howard's Shrine.

I think the best thing to do is to move onto a lighter and funnier topic. What may that be you ask? Joey Boots of course! Yes, the man seems to be losing steam fast and the man who did what all those drugs couldn't do to Boots is none other than Howard Stern himself. Apparently Boots called into the show today and complained about yesterdays show being lousy. He sounded inebriated and was slurring his words. Howard told him that it was his show and he runs it the way he wants to. He also told boots to call back when he wasn't drunk. Boots continued but was eventually hung up on. Now, isn't that the ultimate irony? Howard Stern has seemingly given Joey Boots everything he has ever wanted (a shot at his own radio show, being connected with the show as a regular caller and moderator of what stern himself calls "his favorite stern site") and yet he still manages to find a way to screw it up little by little. I'd never wish anyone to be fired and lose one of their main sources of income. However, when you hear Boots gloating about Sean Rooney's strokeand saying that "at last he's finally free to go outside". Or hearing about the disability checks he receives every month, you can't feel sorry for this guy. I just think the old adage is finally being proven to be true...what goes around, comes around. How does it feel to reap what you sow Mr. Boots?

HPE.net is not dead, I repeat, HPE.net is not dead. Yes, High Pitch Eric has finally returned to his own website and has been posting quite a bit. It seems as though HPE has forgiven those at SFN for their previous insults and ignorance regarding his personal and professional life. However, he didn't forget about those who had been supporting him all the way. That's right, I'm talking about the posters at his own website HPE.net. I myself haven't been so supportive due to the fact that I disagreed with certain policies that were being made. All is well however now that HPE himself has decided to come back for awhile. As I posted on HPE.net...Fuck SFN, Fuck The FCC and Viva La HPE.net!

To end this week's column I'd like to give you all a few opinions of how this week's show went. To be honest however, I've only heard most of one show and that show was the first show. However, just based on that one show I can honestly say that it has proven itself to be worthy of purchasing a Sirius radio and a lifetime subscription. That's right! If you have the money to spend on a lifetime subscription (500 dollars) and a Sirius radio (100-200 dollars for a larger system) then I suggest you go out and do so immediately. You won't regret it...

Well, that's it for this week's column folks. If you have any questions/comments or would like to contribute to nest week's column, send me an email at: weekly_fanatic_column@yahoo.com

Sean Rooney needs our help!!!

Beetlejuice's manager, 36 year old Sean Rooney, had a severe stroke on Sunday.
It's not looking good. Currently his heart is only operating at 15% and it is too weak for any more operations to be performed. The doctors give Sean a 50% chance of making it through this stroke and a 0% chance if another one should occur. The hospital bills are rising at a tremendous rate and unfortunately Sean is left with no insurance. Sean has a wife and son to take care of not to mention Beetlejuice with his special needs. If you would like to donate, please do so below. If you would like your donation & personal message to Sean listed below, use the "Order Comments" field in the in the shopping cart area. If you would like your message to remain private, please say so in the "Notes" field.

"Sean is fighting really hard, but this whole thing is really discouraging for him. All these people, who are donating and sending get well e-mails, are only making him stronger. He can't believe how many people care. It brings him to tears. Me and my son are so blessed to have so many people praying for him. Thank you all, you too doc, thank you sooooo much."

Shrine 100 News: Let the Revolution begin update

Sean Rooney, Beetlejuice's manager has suffered a stroke and is in the hospital in bad shape according to early reports. Joey Boots and Sean had a go around at sfn a few weeks ago and Joey Boots, in rat fashion, posted that Sean has a bad crack habit and that he even got the little guy on the rock. Of course, this is coming from Joey Boots so it's anyones guess if it's really true, but, because of Sean's age,it does make one think that this could be drug induced. Hopefully Howard 100 News, who annouced that they are following this story, will uncover the truth and,of course, Shrine 100 News will update this blog when we learn more. Speedy recovery for Sean and best wishes to his family and friends in this trying time.

Rev Bob is also reporting that to make matters worse, Sean did not have any health insurance, and he is going to have a charity comedy show to help with the hospital expenses. Nice one Rev.

Rev was also in the internet Stern news recently, annoucing that he is no longer with his girlfriend, (I guess her biological clock finally blew up) and is now dating pornstar Tabitha Stevens. Bob has been known to have different wack packers come out at the end of his shows. Looks like Bob now is the one doing the following.
(Tabitha has had sex with Jeff the Drunk and High Pitch Erik to name a few)

The True Fans react

Blind Item

I was contacted today by one of our blog readers who said that he stepped out Thursday night and witnessed a former male Stern guest making out with another male for a good 10 minutes in a crowded bar called the Canal Club. He said that he and his friend were 100% sure who the person was by the large tattoo on his back.
