"I just wanted to thank all of Howard's fans for the warm welcome to his program and channel....well..most of them...the bottom line is that Howard uses the media to put out a message..and that is what I do as well..for over 8 yrs..my website www.liveprayer.com publishes a Daily Devotional that I write which currently goes to over 2.4 million opt in subscribers around the
world every morning..
...for over 4 yrs..I have done a "live" hour-long TV program every Mon-Fri on the Viacom owned CW station in Tampa (the #12 TV market in the nation)..from July 05-June 06 I was also on the ABC affiliates in Miami, Jacksonville, and West Palm Beach...for 10 weeks last year, I was on nationwide on the "i" Network, formerly PAX TV..that is how Sal began to watch the program (WPXN in NYCX)...
.so I have also used the media to effectively bring my message of hope to the masses who for the most part don't go to church ....what I do is totally out of the norm from the typical TV preacher who preaches the choir on the Christian networks and begs for $$ every 5 min..yes it takes money to do what I do..lots of it..but I use mostly corporate sponsors and major donors so I never have to go on air to beg for it..
....I had all that you could ever want from life through much business success early on..but realized there has to be more to life than money and things..my life story is available here
..the bottom line to what I do is try to bring Truth to the masses..if people choose to listen..accept it..that is something each has to decide for themselves..and bring hope to those who are hurting and lost...every day..my team of over 700 retired pastors helps me answer the 40,000 emails we get for prayer...
