Shrine 100 News was contacted not long after we broke this story by someone claiming to have been on the scene and here is what they had to say:

I was there when they filmed the commercial. It was in New Jersey this past Thursday. The wack packers I saw there were Nicole Bass, Siobhan, High Pitch Eric, Double A, Irish John, and Eddie the Produce Guy. I heard that others were supposed to be there like Crackhead Bob, Elephant Boy, and Beetlejuice but they didn't show. It's a 30 second commercial for Howard TV to promote a free preview coming later this month. They had a Patriotic parade with the wack packers, a bunch of hot chicks, and midgets. Lots of red, white, and blue stuff. I asked a couple wack packers how much they were getting paid to do the commercial and it didn't seem like any of them knew for sure.
