"I will be silent no more."~ Cabbie

June 30, 2007 -- LEE Mroszak, better known as Cabbie, was fired by Sirius Satellite Radio Thursday after claiming on his Web site that he possessed a Howard Stern sex tape - but he thinks he was really dumped because of a lawsuit over a segment involving a weight-loss product.

Cabbie - who used to be known as "Crazy Cabbie," but has been trying to lose the modifier for years - says he destroyed the tape Wednesday after talking to his biological mother, who hadn't seen him since giving him up for adoption as a baby.

"Howard helped me find my mother, and she said, 'What are you doing?' I'm a lot of things, but I'm not a [bleep]bag," Cabbie told Page Six. "I took the high road [by destroying the tape before it could be made public]. It was something I didn't want on my soul."

Cabbie, who got his start in radio on his cellphone while driving a taxi in Minneapolis, seems reluctant to burn any bridges with Stern now that he's been fired. Asked to describe the alleged sex tape, he said, "It was Howard and a woman having sex at a place where rich people go to sun themselves. That's all I'm going to say."

The tape was given to Cabbie around two years ago, he claims, by a man who "made it seem he was giving me a ticket to Willie Wonka's chocolate factory." Cabbie said he could have sold the tape for an obscene amount of money.

Cabbie had been a regular on the Stern show since the days when the shock jock was still on K-Rock. But their relationship hit the skids on June 6, when Cabbie went on Stern's Sirius show to hawk I57 Ignite, an appetite suppressant made from Brazilian plant extracts.

Though Cabbie says he has lost close to 30 pounds, "The first thing Howard said was, 'Cabbie, you look fatter than ever.' I don't know what he was thinking."

Kelly Lockwood, CEO of JEC Nutrition, told us he'll file a $100 million lawsuit next week against Stern for slander and "defamation of our product," and against Sirius for rebroadcasting the spot three times.

Cabbie believes he was fired because of the pending lawsuit from Lockwood. "The fact that I'm a spokesperson for the product is the big reason," Cabbie said on his Web site. "I will be silent no more."

I'm not defending what Chris did. I totally know what what Chris did to his wife, his kid, and even himself wasn't right at all. I'm not a brainless retard that doesn't see how wrong, and horrible that whole thing was, but at the sametime death of any kind isn't to be handled, and talked about in the manor that Stern, and his staff talked about it. I was getting pissed because Stern was starting to make light of the whole thing before the whole story was out there, and making fun of Mr. McMahon, and Triple H. for their heart felt thoughts, and memories of Chris, and his family. That was 100% fucking wrong, and showed complete disrespect. Last September Stern did the same damn thing when he was talking about Steve Irwin's death. Poking fun at him, his wife, and his kids. That isn't the way us humans should handle a persons death no matter how it happens, or who it happens to. So that's my point to this whole thing. I'm not some jackass that is honoring Chris for what he did to his wife, and his son.

“Okay guys, you’re on right after Howard comes back from the break. Oh Jesus Christ! What are you two doing?” the usually unflappable Baba Booey exclaimed as his eyes took in the sight before him.

Taylor sheepishly withdrew his hand from Joey’s crotch as the two lovers broke the embrace, suddenly aware of the intrusion. The teenager’s cheeks turned a bright crimson as Gary’s penetrating gaze bore into his very soul.



“Oh Gary, don’t act so shocked,” Joey countered, “I mean, this is why we’re here, isn’t it?”

Indeed it was. The National Enquirer’s Mike Walker had broken the story about the budding romance between the teenage heartthrob and his Long Island lover, but so far, no one had been able to get an interview from the elusive couple.

Stuttering John had come close, ambushing Joey and Taylor as they emerged from the Church Lounge in the Tribeca Grand: “So T-t-t-Taylor, does Joey Boots have a bigger one than your ugly brother?”

Joey had protectively ushered the blushing boy into the waiting cab, ignoring the relentless John who had chased after them as they sped away up Sixth Avenue.

“Hey T-t-t-Tay, does Joey make you say ‘F-Jackie!’ while he’s dicking you?” John had called out, really, to no one, as the tail lights disappeared around a corner.

It was Gary though, who had convinced Joey and Taylor to “come out” on the nationally-syndicated radio show. Joey Boots, always up for pretty much anything, had been an easy sell but persuading Tay to face the formidable Howard Stern had proven to be a tougher project than getting Mother Teresa to take off her top.

Yet here they were, about to bare their souls to millions. Joey slipped a protective arm around Tay’s shoulder as Gary led them down the hallway from the green room to Howard Stern’s K-Rock studio.

Interview with the King of Cable by Doc

Doc: How did you like being on the show? Was that your first time in the studio? What was it like being mentioned in Howard's book back then as a 15 year old?

King Of Cable: I enjoyed being on the show a lot. It was fucking wild and a great experience. It was my first time at the new Sirius studios. Being mentioned and written (several pages) about in a book that sold millions of copies at the age of 15 is pretty fucking awesome. It is an honor that Howard loved my artwork that much!

Doc: How did this reunion come about?

King Of Cable: The reunion came about when I contacted them and told them I wanted to visit and they invited me. I think it would be great if they did a whole Howard Stern convention like the Star Trek type. It would be a blast!

Doc: Did you stay in touch with the show all these years, listening? What did you take up in college. what do you do now for a living?
King Of Cable: I have always been a loyal dedicated fan. As far as college goes I have degrees in Marketing and Communications. For my job that I have I will
not disclose any information.
Doc: Why now after all these years did you reach out?
King Of Cable: I think I reached out because I smell a comeback!!! Haha,,, that is all I will say!!

ENGLEWOOD -- A public works employee is suing a female boss he claims repeatedly harassed him, "calling into doubt his 'manhood.' "

Lawrence Coward, 40, says his boss Danette Adams made inappropriate comments ranging from calling him a "bitch" to ordering him to "stand up and be a man" since she started supervising him a year ago. Coward, who has diabetes, also claims Adams switched his job from street sweeper to general laborer in 2006 because she said he was too sick to do his job.

Administrators said the change in Coward's duties had nothing to do with his illness or gender. A more senior worker was given the job after the number of sweepers was cut because of malfunctioning equipment, said Human Resources Director Robert Gorman.

"He's not operating as a street sweeper, but it doesn't have to do with the allegations in his complaint," Gorman said.

Coward is seeking attorney's fees, damages for emotional distress and the thousands of dollars in overtime he claims he lost when his job was switched. He earned $52,000 in 2006.

The lawsuit, filed in Superior Court in Hackensack in May, also names the city and two Department of Public Works supervisors that Coward claims did nothing when he complained about Adams. Coward was punished needlessly despite barely showing any signs of sickness aside from a dizzy spell last year, said his attorney, Robert A Tandy.

Reached at home, Adams said she would not comment on the allegations in the suit.

Public Works Director Clyde Sweatt said that Coward's complaints about Adams were dealt with appropriately through a grievance procedure. He said he had never witnessed the behavior Coward alleges in the suit. "I've never heard her address him in an inappropriate way," he said. "I've never heard her use inappropriate language toward anyone."

Lastly, he brought up that he has a videotape that has Howard allegedly having sex.

Cabbie kept saying No Comment when it was about someone famous. He said that he got it from someone else 2 years ago and it would embarrass Howard but out of respect he has held onto the tape, and was consulting his lawyers to hold on the tape. Cabbie also said it was a hidden video and was done after his divorce but before his relationship with Beth.

Of course the douches offered 10,000 bucks to see the video (jimmy norton and comic Louis CK were there in studio). Cabbie said that he would bring some stills of the video to them to see. The segment ended with opiss saying I dont trust you Cabbie....

Cabbie went on there also talking about his prison stint, the porno movie he filmed in howard's studio, Howard helping find his birthmother and problems finding work and howard didnt keep promises.... a douche... I bet howard would like to hear this crap audio...i would. This is Muntz for the SFN Insider.

He said he was given the tape by the women in it,and that he has had it for a long time.and that it was a hidden camera that howard didnt know about.And that howard couldn't get it up the whole movie.Yet when asked if he watched it he said "no." He was then call a liar,and told that they would never trust me,Then one of o&a's lackys went off on him, tell him how "howard did everything he could for him, found him his mother, boosted his career, and this how you repay him?" into cabbie reply was "f howard" in to wich everyone told cabbie he was ungratefull and that he would never be considered part of there show,"will use you,but will never trust you."

In seven minutes, he undid all the good work we did." Lockwood was referring to the previous 12 weeks of advertising he paid for on Stern’s show.

On filing the lawsuit Lockwood commented, “…for someone of the caliber and with the media power of Howard Stern to make these kind of defamatory and derogatory comments about our product was shocking and unprofessional to me. It’s time that people understand that broadcasters have to be held accountable for their actions. They are given a microphone and a voice to entertain not to disparage a paid sponsor’s product,” Lockwood will also be suing Sirius Satellite Radio. When Lockwood heard the comments live he immediately reached out to Sirius and asked them to remove the comments from the Stern re-broadcast, which is heard three more times during the day, he was flatly told “no” and has had virtually no response from Sirius management. Lockwood said the suit, to be filed this week in federal court in New Jersey, will charge Stern and Sirius with defamation.

June 20, 2007 -- HOWARD Stern is about to be hit with a $100 million lawsuit by an advertiser who claims his weight-loss product was trashed on the King of All Media's show, resulting in a dramatic drop in sales. Kelly Lockwood, CEO of JEC Nutrition, told Page Six he's shelled out hundreds of thousands of dollars to promote his fat-burning I57 Ignite on Stern's Sirius gabfest. On June 6, he said, Lee Mroszak, a k a "Crazy Cabbie," was on to talk about how he's shed 20 pounds with the product. "The first thing out of Howard's mouth was, 'Geez, Cabbie, you look fatter than ever,' " Lockwood said. "Then, [Stern sidekick] Ralph Circella says to Cabbie something like, 'What the hell are you doing in here promoting a weight-loss product, you fat piece of [bleep]! Why don't you lose 60 more pounds and then come back?' This was horrendous for us. Our sales have dropped more than 20 percent. In seven minutes, he undid all the good work we did." Lockwood said the suit, to be filed this week in federal court in New Jersey, will charge Stern and Sirius with defamation. Stern's agent didn't get back to us and a Sirius rep had no comment.

Artie and his heroin, Ralph and his ecstasy, Jackie and his pot, Howard and his stories of Acid trips, drug talk has always had a place on the Howard Stern show, and today’s shrine inductee has certainly added to that over the years. A frequent caller to the Stern show for over 10 years, it was just a few short years ago that Howard heard him doing a bong hit during one of his calls and gave him his on air name. Now Bong Hit Eric is a Stern fan household name, has his own website, sells his own merchandize, makes appearances, and is today’s featured “artist.” All because he has the ability to talk on the phone and do bong hits. It also helps that he makes good calls to the show, and I believe that he does. I contacted Eric through his myspace and asked him for his autograph and interview. Eric was happy to oblige. Chaunce Hayden: I'm sure you know this already, but Howard Stern has taken credit for your popularity and for staying on the show as long as you did. Do you feel Stern played an important role getting you favorable votes each week?

Sanjaya: I wish Howard would stop saying that. I think a lot of the people who voted for me would have voted for me without Howard Stern's help. The people who Howard might of influenced only voted for me once, maybe twice. Most fans just keep voting over and over again. So I have to give all the credit for my success to my fans. They are the people who brought me back to the show each week. They are the people who truly supported me whole heartedly.

Chaunce Hayden: Are you surprised Stern is angry you're not giving him more credit?

Sanjaya: I think Howard is taking away a lot of the credit from the fans. They're really the important people who make a difference in an entertainers career. They're the people who actually make you who you are. They're the people who buy records and vote for you on American Idol. Howard Stern and all his fans are just a tiny blurb when you look at the big picture. I really believe Howard had nothing to do with my success.

Marzz, that might make a lot of sense if it were true, but my problem with Howard's version of the story is that it's complete horseshit. I never said "get away whores" to anyone. We were at a party that they were throwing for the show, and there were a lot of pretty strippers, but there were also a lot of unattractive, aggressive ones that were trying to get guys to buy lapdances. Howard, and some of the other guys were getting them, and I didn't want one. The girls were pushy, and all I kept saying is "no thanks." Somehow, that got turned into "get away whores" when he got on the radio.

Howard likes drama, real or created. It makes for good radio. That's all well and good, but I choose not to be put on the defensive for something that I never did. Also, I've got a real pet peeve with the whole "you hate women" tag. It's a weak line that people will throw around to try to define someone, often if they don't like or have a problem with dumb or obnoxious chicks. If you have a problem with dumb dudes, no one ever says that "you hate men," but you get in one argument with a pushy cunt and that's the cop out they'll always try to use. It's like a lazy black guy that gets reprimanded at work for doing a shitty job, and he cries that the reason he's getting in trouble is because the boss doesn't like black people.

When you've got a guy that you respect and admire, and you've done his show a bunch of times you think that you're friends. Then, when that guy turns on you and talks shit about you, especially shit that's not true, it's a gross feeling. I'm a loyal friend, and that shit means a lot to me.

If I had a friend outside of show business and he gave a distorted account of me like that, I would stop hanging around with him, and I wouldn't trust him anymore. I treat my friends in show business the same way I treat my friends in Real Life�.

As for Howard, I have no ill feelings. I was always a huge fan of the show, and it was an honor to be on it. When I decided to avoid doing the show after this, I started doing Opie and Anthony, and I really enjoyed their show. Jim Norton is a buddy of mine from way back when we both were starting out as stand ups, and I really fucking love being on that show. Plus, I think Norton is the funniest guy on radio. I'll probably do Stern again sometime, I just thought that whole situation was really weak, and I didn't want to be a part of it.

As for my private relationships, the reason you don't hear about them is because I'm not dumb enough to make my private life public so a bunch of wash women can sit around debating about it on the internet. There's a lot of people that welcome all that US weekly bullshit, but I think it's retarded. I don't give a fuck who you or anyone else is dating, and I think it's goofy that you would care who I'm dating.

I still listen to Stern all the time, and I think it's a great show. I've always considered him to be the Johnny Carson of my era. In past eras it was HUGE to get on the tonight show with Johnny and have him ask you to sit on the couch. In my generation, it's Stern. He's the King for a reason. No hate, I just don't feel like being a part of the kind of shit I described.

This is the original post on www.mma.tv that I was responding to. I realized after i cut and pasted it , that it didn't make sense that I was talking about my personal relationships, and I didn't want it to be misinterpreted as some sort of a dig on anyone, especially Howard. No disrespect intended.
In reading the post back after flying across the Atlantic Ocean (on my way to UFC in Belfast) I had time to think about it, and I think there definitely could be a very convincing argument that I had sand in my vagina when I made it, but I did make it, so i left it up.
I'm certainly not trying to get in some sort of a battle with a guy that's helped me out, and a guy that I respect very much.
I just thought I would clear the air because I get asked about it a lot.
